[PC] Unable To Log Into Second Account on Same Computer

I have 2 accounts on the EA app. I can play ME3 on 1 but not the other same PC. My main account just goes black and boots me to the app when it logs into server. Kids account works fine. any suggesti...

    Then it is most likely a account issue. 

    You should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Log in if you can. (If not click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "I want to update my EA email"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
      (EA help Guide.)

    You also could try EAs Support on Twitter or on Facebook.

If i get this right you have a main account and an subordinate child account on this system. 
The game only works in the child account but not in the main account?

Could you test on a different computer?

Yes.. I loaded it on a separate computer with a fresh load of windows 10. No change. Still can't play on the main account but the subordinate account functions as it should!
