Hello. Thank you for posting this extensive list of bugs. Some of these are ones I have experienced, and some I have never noticed.
The GUI glitch where navigation arrows did not appear in the weapons modification screen in Single Player seems to have been fixed every since I downloaded the Omega DLC. I'm not sure if that is merely a coincidence or not.
You are welcome, whimper3. It was a challenge posting this due to the character limit for each post. At least it worked out.
BTW, I have removed the GUI glitch from the bug list.
