Playing ME3 multiplayer, when suddenly ME3 freezes, I'm logged out of Origin and my account is locked out. PW doesn't work.

This happened to me on Saturday, and today. I talked to EA Help chat, and they just sent me a password reset email. (Which I already reset the password so I could log into EA Help chat.)

So, a password reset on Saturday, and two today. Chat told me there was too many password attempts. Obviously I'm not locking myself out of my account, and I've been using the correct password.

What is going on? Can someone from EA please help me?

For all questions about your account, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. My advice would be to talk to an EA Game Advisor on the telephone (Call Me option).
