[Please help!] Is the Mass Effect 1 soundtrack free to use on YouTube?

I don't know where else to ask this, there seems to be no information on this, please help.

Recently I uploaded a video to YouTube and got a copyright claim from Alpha Rhythm & Ritual, who apparently copyrighted his remix of Vigil. https://youtu.be/dYifLe8MClA

My usage of the actual soundtrack from the game was auto-detected by YouTube, and I got a ridiculous copyright claim, and I want to dispute it.

Now, as far as I know, EA's music publisher is the Kobalt Music Group, which I learnt from Jack Wall, composer for Mass Effect 1, to whom I first reached out with this issue, and he suggested I contact Kobalt, but they haven't responded (yet).

Kobalt's YouTube licensing can be read on their website here: https://www.kobaltmusic.com/contact
It reads: "Thank you for inquiring about rights for music with regards to YouTube. User Generated Content does not require permission from us due to our agreement with YouTube."

Reason I'd like to be 100% sure about this, is because to dispute the claim on YouTube, I need the proper license, in this case, it'd be that it's free to use.

I never once saw a copyright claim under any Mass Effect 1 soundtrack video on YouTube, so I'm not sure what's this all about.

Thanks for any help!

    USING MATERIALS FROM EA GAMES

EA appreciates the passion that players have for our games, and we're always excited to see the creativity that comes from our community. EA does not object to fair uses of video footage or screenshots on video sharing sites, including YouTube channels that are commercialized, as long as the footage is a version of the game that we have released to the public.

We do reserve the right to address any inappropriate use of EA content. Additionally, because many EA games include content that is licensed from a third-party company or may otherwise have usage restrictions, paired with the large number of video-related questions we get from the community, we aren’t able to grant specific approvals or respond to all follow-up inquiries.
