Please help!

Question

&nbsp;I am really mad and said had just bought the premium spectre pack and I had got the geth juggernaut and then all of sudden my internet discontentment I was finally able to reconnected it said I had not unlocked the geth juggernaut there anything u can do to get the geth jug back for me? I have worked hard and long to get it and I was so happy when I got it but then it disconnected on me and it said I did not have it!
