Points earned but non usable

Hi everyone!

In my account, I earn something like 1315 point while I was playin' DAI. Now I have Mass Effect trilogy and wanted to download some of the addons. In the upper right angle there's my points so I thought that with those points I could "buy" some of the DLCs but when I clicked on it, in the new window it says that my points are 0....

Someone had the same problem? Or is it just that i can use the points I earned only in the game played?
