powers bug in me3

Question

Bug in ME3.&nbsp; Powers will not activate randomly when clicked via hold menu on PC.&nbsp;&nbsp;Hit button to bring up menu, hit cloak button, and it won't activate, have to drop menu and bring it up multiple times in a row, also happens with attack powers and ammo.

having this same problem on ps4, powers sometimes only work when hotkeyed. using powers menu and activating them does nothing.
