pre-order in game gifts

I have the pre order Mass Effect3 CE, but i have not gotten my ingame N7 hoddie or cyber dog; Do i need to use the code again?

    If you have the PC version:

    1. In Origin move your mouse over the ME3 icon and select "i".
    2. This should take you to a screen with a list of purchased addons and their status.
    3. If the addon is installed it should be noted on this list and if it is not you can install it from the list.
