There were some Server issues. Is it still not working?
I have the same issue, it is not working too
Try to clear your Origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)- Close Origin completely.
(right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close) - Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
- Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder.
(The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.) - Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%AppData%" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
- Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder.
- Delete the "Origin" folder inside the "Roaming" folder.
- In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on "AppData".
- Open the "Local" folder.
- Delete the "Origin" folder inside the "Local" folder.
- Restart your PC. > test
If that don't helps:
Are you on a private or a public (University) network?
Restart your router in this way:
Pull the power plug > wait 5 minutes > return the power plugIf that also not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software.. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)
Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall.
This ports must be open on your Router:
Origin Ports
TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900
Me3 Port
Port 3659Clearing your DNS cache. or testing a google DNS could also help.
If that not helps here is a EA connection troubleshooting guide.
- Close Origin completely.
Hi everyone,
I recently bought Mass Effect 3 on PC and, as a lot of person before me, I'm experiencing the "Galaxy Readiness not updating problem". So everything was working fine untiI I tried to increase my galaxy readiness with this website http://n7hq.masseffect.com/ . I'm now 100% but it's not updating on the game. Instead, I have the following message everytime I'm lauching the game: "Load failed. Cannot connect to server" but I can still play online. It's only the "Galaxy at war" which is not working.
I read a lot of thing but most of solution don't work or redirect me to a link which no longer exists. Can someone please help me? I would like to finish this game!
Thanks!!
I've tried a lot of things too and it still i'snt working, it is very fustrating.
I'm having this same issue on the Xbox one, have all the dlc purchased and installed but the game wont recognize it in game at all, nor is it registering I've ever completed the game in the past, ie no in game achievement highlighted or any squad bonus powers at character creation. I would really like to play my game the way id like to :-(
I tried re-setting my PS3 modem and it didn't work either. I hope its fixed soon cause as I mentioned in the other not working forums; I'm on a trilogy run and we need to get 100% galactic readiness for the good ending. Even if that isn't the case; I still like too cause I like finishing games with all achievements complete.
- I have the same issue on PS3. The game fails to connect to server and my Galaxy at War map can't be updated which makes the platinum impossible to obtain.
So are there no soloutions ive contacted the support 3 times so far and everything they have said hasn't worked?
have the same problem with ps3, if the war assets won’t update i won’t play the game, my shep is not gonna die man ☹️☹️
