i got the items for watching the videos but im missing all the items i payed for ☹️
Wow... Ubisoft is having the same issues with Ghost Recon Wildlands, and now mass effect also suffering from items not handed out... Hope it gets fixed before the 23th when the game releases in europe...
Why should one have to watch ingame videos to obtain deluxe edition items? That's just dumb artificial gating for no good reason.

These are related to a bonus content you could get from the webside, Andromeda Initiative. 6 videos. It has nothing to do with Deluxe version bonuses, only the way you retrieve them in your cabin in the Tempest (nearby your e-mail console). These things are liberated to you because then you would have your quarters officially and a place to have your pet. The game liberates these stuff when you get your ship only, to avoid having to deal with equipment and item handling during the Tutorial mission, or so I suspect. The only oddity about it is that your OST also is only liberated by then, instead of straightaway.
