Pre-Order Mass effect Andromeda Missing some items

The items should be available in your quarters on the Tempest. Can you find them there?

    I have gone back to the Tempest 3 times will playing the game to see if they show but they do not.

      @Sr_Gilgamesh What system are you on? Can you check your store page/extra content, do you have the option to redownload anything, perhaps the Deluxe Edition Content  pack?

        Xbox one when I go to the store have no updates or downloads. I do not wish to re-download the game.
