I have the same problem as above. I show that the items were downloaded, but they are not showing up in the game.

Same here, I didnt recieved pre-order bonuses only Nomad Skin (Platinum skin if it´s the right one) and Initiative helmet, reinstaling didnt help, extra content show nothing
