Try to repair the game.
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
If that don't helps post a new DxDiag please.
I ended up completely reinstalling windows trying to get it to work and it still doesn't. I'm just going to assume there's something about my system that causes it to happen. If I ever find a fix, I'll post it here.
