Priority: Horizon Bug [pc]

@clairvoyages First, did you tried another save game before you enter Horizon, a save game that is older than that you already used?
If that doesn't help, make a backup of your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame" folder. (So your Mods are saved.)
Then go into Origin > My Games > right click on ME3 > repair game.
Let the repair finish and test.
If the repair worked you could just play through Horizon without the mods, save afterwards and then put your BIOGame folder with the mods back, or you can make a second backup of the "BIOGame" folder and put your backup with the mods in, to see if the issue is gone.
