    Minaminoyuki have you contacted a mod over on BSN and asked them to take a look at your account from their end?

I have same problem...my game worked this afternoon and when I return to play again about 8 pm my account was disabled and I cant connect on bioware site too how can I enabled my account back and what should I doo .
