I've been wanting to buy Mass Effect 2 DLC but I keep getting an error saying "Sorry, this product is currently unavailable". I was wondering if others are having this same problem and if there is any way to fix this?

I have the same problem. A few weeks ago I wrote a message using the Origin Error Reporter, but got no answer. Has anyone found a solution?
Issue is being addressed with the engineers, probably a file directory issue since some of the files can be installed while playing the game, like Zaeed/kasumi.
IMO, how the game accesses the file is probably different than when using the path from the DLC page. the DLC page is looking for the file in the wrong place.
