problem redeeming promo code...

I just bought a Bigfish Legion Action Figure and a redeemable code came with it. The card read that I could redeem it on biowares redeem site. I input the code but and it said something about refreshing my wallet on my account. any ideas? BTW I play on Ps3

    Given the packs give out random items, you cannot make any kind of deduction here. Other people will have different items in their promo packs.

    How did you check, that you Avenger got upgraded to 10, was this on a vanilla MP account without items? The Avenger pack seems to be the only one that's special, given that normally you get a max of +5 missiles/med-gel etc.

    Well if it is a Specter pack I guess is not much of a loss u.u
