Problem with N7 HQ challenges page - medal for Operation Resurgence is grey not gold

Hi,

I've contacted with EA Support via Live chat about my problem with medal for Operation Resurgence:

"I’m playing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer since start at march 2012 and I’ve a problem with my N7 HQ challenges page. I’ve participated at 31 challenges operations (it can be checked at my Promotional Weapons levels and at mine N7 HQ account  – total is 31 of 33 possible to this day). I’ve noticed that I’ve active/gold medals for 30 challenges of 33 total but I’ve 31 upgrades of Promotional Weapons. I’ve never participated at Operation Olympus and Alloy (because I was on holidays) but I’ve been played at Operation Resurgence which is right now inactive/grey. Can you check my account and fix this – set a medal for Operation Resurgence on Gold state (active/completed) not Grey state (inactive/not completed)? If not who do I must to contact to speak about this and about fixing this at mine N7 HQ account?." This was before Operation Lodestar (Normal) and Lodestar(Insanity).

Neil Bryan from Live Chat sent me this:

"We have a specialized team that handles these issues. This team is available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9AM-9PM GMT. Please call us at 0870 243 2435, select option one, and enter your case number 07929563. When the advisor answers the phone, let them know you are calling about an escalated case and the advisor will get you to the proper team."

"Given that this is an in game concern this escalation is the step we need to take. I shall place notations in the account so that you and our Specialist can pick up where we left off. Would there be anything else?"

The problem is that I can't connect with given number 0870 243 2435 via my cell phone (maybe because I'm from Poland, dunno?) and give someone my case number 07929563. I've conntacted with polish EA support but they told me to ... left a post at Bioware Social Network with my problem because they can do nothing.

Can someone, from moderators of N7 HQ, help me with my N7 HQ challenge page because I want to have all my medals gold (of those when I've participating at operation) and set my medal for Operation Resurgence at active/gold state?
