I'm having the same problem. I've done the other station just fine, but every time I head to the Prometheus station to finish the last part of the mission, the games just crashes to title screen.
I have Garrus and Miranda on my party.

On what platform do you play?
It's been 4 years... don't know if the bug still exists but I was playing on Steam.
Luckily I always create a bunch of different saves, so I just reloaded a previous save state.
