[PS] Mass Effect Andromeda - Deep space explorer armor missing

@jeebz02 Which platform did you purchase the game on?

I bought it for ps4 on a ps5 and I think they’re a bug because after the game release they decided to add the pre order bonus as free dlc for the deluxe edition so it became available to all players. My issue is that I have no option to download it but I can download the deluxe edition content my dad purchased the game this year and was able to download the pre order bonus pack 

@jeebz02 Can you log into the PS Store site on a PC or a mobile device and see if the options is available to send to the console? If the content wasn't available it wouldn't be there period so it isn't a bug. It could be a difference in the content being bundled differently on the store. That would be more entitlement than game issue.

If you own that version it should be there to download regardless of who else bought that edition or a similar edition with the same content like that one pack.

@jeebz02 I asked about it anyway if that was the case but theoretically as that edition includes it, the "bundle" portion may just conflict and the armor should show up in the game when you get to the Tempest, and are can swap gear.

@jeebz02 So that bundle shouldn't even need to be downloaded if you have that specific version since it is included in that version of the game. When they bundle content, a lot of the extra content now says no need to download or something similar. 

They are for consoles considered different versions. Those versions have different entitlements and downloads. The bundle for you is redundant if you own the edition with the content.

That makes sense when ever I install the game it downloads the deluxe edition content which includes everything when I get to the tempest I get everything except that armor even though it a part of the pack
