So I bought the deluxe recruit edition for mass effect andromeda and got everything except the deep space explorer armor and their no option to download it any help would be greatly appreciated for ps5
Were you able to download the deluxe upgrade on the PlayStation store
Community Manager@jeebz02 Hey, so no i am not able to see the pre order part but from what the studio told me from my previous post, that should not matter as all that should be in the version of the game you have.
The issue here is no one here can modify that because it is a console version. Those entitlements are added with Sony not EA. When the game is installed, and all available add ons are installed, that specific armor has no issues. I tested it on my PS5 and PS4. both were pre orders but no longer have that pre order download for me. Only a deluxe edition content downloads.
If that isn't happening, a full reinstall of the game would be needed, and then you check and make sure no other add ons are available to install in the PS store, or your library. Everyone who has tested it has been able to access it.
Community Manager@jeebz02 Out of the ME series, ME2 would be my favorite. I am playing the trilogy again actually just to run through on some achievements I don't have.

I bought the deluxe recruit edition digital the only add on that downloads is the deluxe edition content and when I go to the PlayStation store the deluxe edition upgrade says unavailable because I own it so I’m not sure why having this issue with the game. I really enjoy the game.
Same. I think the story telling was excellent and the choices felt like they mattered. Have you played Star Wars fallen order and Survivor?
