Ps3 Conversation Sound Issues

I have the Mass Effect Trilogy and am now playing Mass Effect 3. At first everything was running fine, until i got to Mars. Then anytime there was a cutscene or conversation, all voices sound like ba...

    I contacted the EA Support and got a live chat. Two things helped: 1. doing a hard reset by holding down power button for 10 sec until beep is heard then letting go. go through steps. 2. is turning off Media Server Access in Network Settings. One of these two things, if not both helped fix the problem.
