PS3 Mass effect 2 Stuck at loading screen Omega planet

Hi everyone,

recently just finished Mass effect 1, moving on to mass effect 2. During the game, entering the Omega planet to complete recruiting archangel, professor and veteran. My PS3 console able to play the animation whereby SR2 normandy entering to OMEGA cut scene and it went to loading screen but the game will never stop load. I've been waiting for 4 damn hours and its stucks at the loading screen with the animation and music play all day long. Not sure what to do. i Have tried deleting the game data and install. still no go. have tried playing without the Mass effect 1 importing profile. Still face the same problem.


Anyone have this problem?

    I'm having the same issue on PC. This is my second playthrough of the game on the same machine.

    If it's the Origin or Steam version, try repairing the installation. On origin, ricgt click the game and select the repair option. On Steam, right click the game, go to properties, then local files, and 'verify integrity of the game cache'.

    If it's a disk version, try a reinstall.
