These are the languages the game was localized into around the world, however which options you have available in your individual games will depend on the region where your game was purchased.
If you had purchased a North American region version of the game, that would not include the Russian language options I'm afraid, sorry.
The box doesn't say anything about regional restrictions, when I start the game I see the loading screen in Russian (I hope the photo is uploaded), and the official EA website says that all languages are supported (https://www.ea.com/able/resources/mass-effect-legendary-edition/ps4#launcher-options-menu), that is, the localization in the game is present, but I as a consumer can not use it, so I feel a little cheated, in fact, a lot cheated. Please release a patch or DLC so that we can fully use the product we purchased.
