2 years agoOkay. Please give it a try and complete a new installation of the game from a different profile on your console. This will confirm if the game files are corrupted on the disc.
Just in case, fully reboot the console. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game. If you'd like to try, you can Restore Default Settings to reset everything in the PS4 to its original software settings but keep your data.
