Question re: bio converters
I'm new to this game so I don't know the game mechanics well. I'm trying to find a bio converter. I'm level 20 now, I have been going through the game scanning everything I find, clearing out eve...
If sounds to me like you are killing the right enemies to get them if you're following the farming tip guide that i've just read. Is it the Kett Facility where you rescue the Moshae?
Now just to rule out everything else have you checked to make sure it is not already in your research list?
Go to Research Center terminal,
click on Research (left hand side)
Click the Heleus Research icon
Click Augmentations
And on the left you 'should' see BIO-CONVERTER?
I've just got this info from my level 15 Ryder and this is my 2nd playthrough save game where i'm not that advanced through the game yet.. and i've not been to the place where you rescue the moshae yet either.. so it is worth checking to see if you should research it first?
(See below)
Thanks for the reply. I checked the research terminal, and there is no selection
for heleus research, only milky way research.
The facility was the moshae rescue facility.
Additionally, even though I found no bio converters in any remains,
I found a number of "bioagent converters", are these the same
thing?
Probably not, in your research screen are you sure you don't get the 3 icons along the top of the screen like i've got? note the one i've circled in red?
I know you get Heleus Research from scanning .. most likely kett items etc.
You can also get research data from scanning the anomalies in the planetary systems before you land. Do you do that?
Strike Team Missions are also a good source of getting items, research data, money etc. << i recommend this if you've not already begun with strike teams. It is not multiplayer, and the rewards you get from your strike teams are Single Player only but with an added bonus that you get Missions Funds for multiplayer should you decide to play that later.
