For the ammount we paid for the thing it should be something good. But whatever it is, or isn't.. Not getting anything, when it was told that we would is inexcusable.

*shrugs*
I just now discovered that the Normandy SR2 model I have had a code inside the packaging too. It's expired now, so I can't use it anymore. Anyway, when it comes down to it, this is not what I paid a lot of money for. I paid for a cool model ship that's now sitting on my desk, and I'm fine with that. The multiplayer bonus might have been a spectre pack or something like that. You can get those by just playing a few rounds of multiplayer anyway.
And let's not forget, the fact that a web search won't answer your question of what the bonus actually was tells you that it most likely wasn't anything special or unique.

According to the Bioware Store it comes with a "code to register the product on social.bioware.com", which is just what it did. No word of any multiplayer content anymore.
