Questions / Issues - Darkhorse Sovereign Reaper Replica / Statue / Model - ME3 multiplayer - content / promo code

I did not get any sort of code with mine (ordered officially through Bioware store). Can someone please tell me what the content was? So I can determine if I care or not to persue this problem furth...

According to the Bioware Store it comes with a "code to register the product on social.bioware.com", which is just what it did. No word of any multiplayer content anymore.
