When i launch mass efect 1 EA desktop has crash. Pls help.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
It appears to be a problem with EA desktop.
If you own the game use Origin.
If you access the game over the Xbox game pass all you can do is waiting for a patch.
