Re: [BUG] Challenges and achievements complete RESET

Thank you for your try to look into it. I think I have same issue as this guy, but suggested "solution" is wrong, It is not just reset after completing them, We really lost all challenges statistics, as you can see on both accounts in N7HQ banners are missing, and I am not able to select any banner cause I need to unlock them again (only the Death guard remained because I had this active at the time it happened). I just started to play again and noticed that ingame, in waiting room my challenge score is only 20 and not 5560 as it should be and as it is visible on N7HQ. It is simply really reset of all Challenges. If it would be as you are suggesting, there should be also number of how many times was each Challenge completed. As you can see there is no number at all.

No number, no banners, no statistics (apart from few new ones).. It was reseted and I would like to fix it. If you have some logs or backups of those, it should be searchable..

Wondering what happens, when I complete my first challenge after reset... will points be added to mine 5560 score or it will be erased too?

Did you do anything to "trigger" this like for example playing on two different PCs like furywarrior in the other thread describes it?

And can you provide us with a screenshot of your low challenge score in the lobby please?

Does anyone else see this issue? If yes, can you please post a link to your N7 HQ profile here?

And yes I was playing on two different computers on daily basis since I started to play ME3, without any problems until that reset (never played SP yet).
My personal wild guess is that this game is not checking game version or updates at all, which would be quite surprising. If I should compare it to Battlefield 3 for example, you are not able to login without required updates at all. With ME3 you can even without any update. Probably even with the totally first version of game. No idea if that was intended or somebody just forgot to do his job properly. I would suggest you to test it. I am kinda worried and afraid to test it on my own, that I would loose remaining stats and items.

Unfortunately.. i finished first challenge (+20) and another bad news for me 🙂 Challenge points are not added to my 5560. that number on N7HQ remained same and only ingame it was raised from 20 to 40... Motivation to play this game? Below zero.
