Try to repair the game.
(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
My apologies, but I did forget to mention that trying to use the repair option was the first thing I tried, which is when I then tried to uninstall/re-install the game to see if that would fix it.
NP, but then there is not much else you could try except for loading an older save and maybe try a different approach, meaning doing the missions in a different order.

You need to intimidate or charm her. You can't convince her to disband the group peacefully with normal options.
You are right, but "Walk away." and "Disband the group." are the charm and intimidate options.

Sorry I've completed the helena blake assignment four different times, and on one of them I actually had enough renegade points to intimidate her, and everything worked as expected every time.
