Re: Can you continue to receive AVP points after 100% viability on a planet?

Yes, you do continue to get AVP points for completing any tasks and missions after reaching 100% viability on a given planet.

However, maximum Nexus level is 25 at the time of writing of this post so you will stop accumulating any AVP points if you've already gotten there.

It is completely intentional that we are not able to open all cryo pods, thus making us choose wisely between one or the other.

  • As of patch 1.06, the Nexus level is up to 29. Still, having 99% completion should give me higher than level 25. Something seems fishy.

My main, non-NG+ playthrough is at 98% completion and sitting at Nexus level 25 as well after 1.08. He hasn't been touched since before 1.06 came out. Only loaded a save to see what the Nexus AVP level was compared to my NG+ playthrough.

Perhaps the most recent patch which retroactively awards Nexus AVP points awarded the wrong amount? I've read others having this issue as well. They started playing after 1.08 and they had 99% completion, but only Nexus level 25. Maybe I should post a bug report?

  • I think some of your decisions matter. On Elaadan, when I kept the weapons during Aspirations, I was awarded 2pts & 5pts for completing. If you give the guns to Barrett, you only get the 5pts.
