If you are on a iOS device the app is discontinued and no longer usable downloadable from the app store. It will work (again?) if you still have it installed.
On Android it might still work, there are some reports, but I can't test that having an iPhone myself.

Did EA make any kind of announcement that they were discontinuing the app?
I just tried it on Android, and it didn't work. I couldn't find the app in the general store, but found it in my previous apps. It installed but didn't work to sign in, so I assume that it has been disabled as old and out of date.
Can't say that I'm surprised, it's seven or eight years old and an app for a game that isn't crazy popular, but it would have been nice to get an announcement of some kind.
Oh well.

Community ManagerHey @milhistorian, I brought this up with the team about it being removed. I don't see an official announcement on it being removed, but it has been from my previous discussions with them on it. I requested that it be pushed out, so that would be up to them when that happens.
It was still working for me on one iOS device until today. Can’t get past the login screen now. Looks like it might be done for. I’ll miss it, I’ve been logging it at least 2x per day for years.

Community Manager@theymademedothis Were you able to download it from the iOS store? The last time I looked, it was not showing up on iOS.
I tested after I read the post from @theymademedothis and I was also able to log in and use the app yesterday.
This was not possible at the date OP made its post and also not some time before that as I tested it multiple times.
The app is still discontinued in the App Store, you can't get it for iOS devices anymore.
Also, you can edit your posts by clicking the dot menu on the right side of the post, no need to spam the forum with multiple posts about the same issue, thank you.
It's been a month now with no success on my end. What did you do differently? I've tried multiple devices and even changing my login info. I can still play the game, but relied on the mobile app for checking the status of my Apex strike teams, and the latest store items and prestige challenges.
