In terms of this message, I found the solution to be signing into EA on here, or the EA website. Then one the Apex HQ app and hit login, for me it automatically signed straight in without asking for login details. I guess because I just logged into the EA website here. App is all working fine too. Hopefully that works for you!

Thanks for adding these steps. They still work and most players can still log in with workarounds like this so it should help if you still have access to the app.
