Re: Can't download Mass Effect Legendary edition on PC

Well, for me i fixed it twice and it still stuck on the loading wheel of starting to download the game (mess effect legendary edition) i have tried other games and it was the only one i had a problem with. 

Edit: There is two issues happing when i am trying to download mess effect. either the problem number 1.

or a non ending loading wheel about me pressing the download button. (yes, i did wait a few hours for it to even start which never happened.)

Also experiencing this issue.

Whether installing via EA Desktop or the Xbox app, I just get:

There’s a problem with your download
Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again.

same here. still the same issue for almost a damn week...

Alright so i found a fix for it from a youtube video. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OTynF_Ukp0&ab_channel=JASHIKO) 

One of the comments on the video were as i quote: "Regarding the "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again." problem. I finally got mine to work. FIX: I used a VPN and connected to the USA server, the moment I did that my download started"

Worked for me at canada tho. after you start to download a lil bit you can disconnect the vpn and after a short break it will start to download again. I hope it will help some bois here
