It seems the Nahimic audio service cause some problems with ME3.
Press "CTRL+ALT+Delete" at the same time > Task Manager > Startup > find "AWSoundCenterUiLauncher.exe" and/or "A-Volute" > right click on it and disable.
Reboot > Test.
If that don't helps, disable the Realtek audio device in the device manager or the BIOS > reboot > Test.
so i cant disable realtek(R) because that whaty i use for audio and the other stuff isent in my styartup
Disable it anyway and test.
This way we can see if it is indeed the culprit. You can enable the device right after you tested.
still didnt work
- @FallenBahamunt i disabled all audio devices and rebooted then tried it and it didnt work
OK, lets try a broader approach.
Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.

You didn't had any problems on your first playthrough?
Did you tried an earlier save? There might be a corruption in your current one.

i think is what you are looking for
didnt work
Ok, but I am afraid we are almost out of options here.
I still think that the Nahimic audio service could play a role here, I would suggest to install the newest driver directly from Realtek that don't has any additional software added.
Apart from that, you could try a clean installation of your graphic driver with DDU.
so i fixed it i had to use a save editor to give me the first checkpoint then restart it
