The verdict was positive for her. I don't remember about confrontation between Tali and Legion. Tali dies during the suicide mission at the base of the Collectors.

Did you assign her a specific role during the suicide mission? If so, which?

Ok, I found the answer. Looks like I need to upgrade my ship using Tali's recommendations. The point is to protect yourself and the rest of the crew from the swarm. I will try to use different options.
