RE-DOWNLOADING THE WHOLE GAME?????

So i just came home from work, anxious to continue my playtrough, only to be welcomed to a mandatory update of Mass effect. For bugfixes. Thats not something that NEEDS to happen EA. Ill update later if i want to.

For some reason its also several GB's large so it takes a while. Halfway trough the 2nd one (couldnt happen in one) the download speed goes to snail mode so i decided to pause it and restart. Pausing worked, but it didnt come out of pausing.. So i force closed Origin, restarted it and now its decided to re-download the entire game.. Thanks for that EA.

Can we not have forced updates on bugfixes please? I wasnt having problems, and now because of an update i do. And thats without even starting the game yet. Already seen some frightening posts so it might very well work worse then before.
