Community AdminHey, by any chance is your system set up with a surround sound output? If so, and you're using stereo hardware this could be a factor. Voices will play through the "centre" speaker, so if this is absent voices will be very very faint/missing.

I agree with David. Dialog comes through the central speaker. If the game outputs surround sound to a stereo speaker setup (or headphones), you only hear the feint echoes of dialog through the left and right speakers.
There's no option to disable surround sound in ME3 because it should normally adapt to your Windows settings. In Windows, go to your playback devices and configure your audio output device. Make sure it's set to stereo.
