UPDATE
Upon further investigation I've realized what is happening.
An earlier cutscene where two Geth Armatures are being dropped from a dropship (The one that plays on your way TO the ExoGeni building) is replaying itself and is getting spliced together with the Thorian Creeper scene. I've done a fix where I can skip cutscenes with "Q", and it will successfully bypass the scene where the Creeper stands up, but as soon as I kill it the dropship cutscene plays still alongside the scene where you tell your squad what to do with the mind-controlled colonists.
I'm at a loss.
