Go to your "Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect 2\Save" folder and rename the "Player1.prf" to "Old_Player1.prf" (Without the quotes)
(All in game settings, Keyboard layout etcetera, will be back to default settings, achievements will also be reset)
Start the game, you should be able to log in with your other account now.
You can try to overwrite the new "Player1.prf" with the old one now, to get your settings back, but I don't know if that will work.
