@TSGT_S-NAGY  There's no reason this shouldn't work, but I pulled my ethernet cable and tested anyway.  I was in fact able to launch the Legendary Edition with no internet connection.  I did launch it once with a connection, which may be necessary for you too.  I own the LE through EA Play Pro, but it should work fine for someone who's bought the game outright too.
