i have the same problem on kadara and nexus.

edit: digital deluxe edition - PC

edit: realtek high definition - v 6.0.1.7824. i have the problem with speakers and usb-headphones.

Is this ever going to be fixed? I haven't been to kadara yet (just got back to nexus after finishing eos vault). I too have the same issue as OP and others with the scanner. There ar3 so many bugs that need to be fixed.

    I'm now at kadara and having this same issue as OP. Can we please get an update? We need another patch.
