Of course I'm not. There's no way in hell I can use the multiplayer component while blocking the game's access to Origin.

Community AdminThe official answer is a no, especially if you want to play multi-player.
Going in and making changes can also break things in unexpected ways, which is another reason we recommend against it.

When you say the "official" answer, do you mean "we'd like for you not to do that" or "you're not allowed to do that"?
