Ok, this is complicated.
You said that you tried the suggestions out of the other threads, did you run SFC /scannow?
Also apply beta updates in Origin and restart the client.
Did both, nothing changed. How can this even be, seriously

The error message in the reliability monitor and the DxDiag contains a access violation code. In very simple terms that means that the ME3 is trying to access memory areas it shouldn't access.
When exactly did Windows Installed the Anniversary update?
Disable the Xbox app by changing the DWORDs in regedit like this:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR
AppCaptureEnabled (DWORD) = 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore

I know this is not an easy question, but do you have any idea on how probable it is to find a solution in this case? I'm considering to completely reset my rig, which should of course settle the problem. If not, the issue is hardware related. I would gain certainty either way. Until now I only did a system restoration.
This way we would, well, bypass the problem. Since all attempts until now where futile, my hopes of resolving it this way rapidly diminish. It would be extra work of course, but I think it would be the fastest way.
Edit 2: I just tested Mass Effect 1 & 2 just in case. They both work without flaws.
I also ran a full Antivir check. It did find a few things, but nothing related to our issue.

Well, there should have been an easy solution to this problem, reinstalling the VC++ runtimes. That this did not worked and the fact that you found viruses on your machine makes a fresh installation of Windows imho the best course of action.

Just to clarify: I did not find any viruses or trojans in my rig. The "infected" files were Bots (not for ME3, trust me) and cracks for various programs. I got rid of them just in case, but I doubt they had any impact on my system.
I'll delete all VC++ runtimes again and reinstall them. I suppose this will be my last resort.
I doupt that a reinstall of the VC++ runtimes will help this time, but trying can't hurt.
If a complete fresh insolation is complicated for you, you could try a Repair Install.

Alright, I did it all.
Not working after Repair Install. Not working after Fresh Install aswell. I'm officially speechless.
I could consider formatting all my other HDDs, but would this make any sense? Everything with connections to my system runs over my SSD, which I just completely cleared. I guess no more Mass Effect 3 for me. 😢 I'm buying a new rig after Christmas, so it's not too bad.
By the way I have no indication whatsoever that there is a problem with my hardware. Device Manager tells me everything is fine, and all other games keep running fine.
I guess I'll try some "desperate measures" while watching football, but not gonna invest too much after this.
If you happen to have any new ideas I'd be glad. If not, I have to thank you deeply for all the suggestions and work.

This is really strange. (and a bummer)
A Hardware issue is the only thing left to consider.
Christmas is not far, still if you want to investigate further let me know. There are programs who give a better insight into a PC than a DXDiag can. But it would be at least a little time consuming.

Is there by any chance a method to determine which part of the hardware is responsible for that?

- Install
- reboot
- Run Speccy > top left corner "File" > Publish Snapshot > Post the link.

Did you used CCleaner on that new OS already? (especially the registry cleaning funktion?)
I strongly advise against using "FreeDriverScout" or similar software. I see people "updating" themselves into problems all the time and Windows is quite good on its own regarding driver updates by now. Besides that, is it unnecessary to update drivers on a flawless working machine. The graphic driver is an exception, but even here I would only update if you have a good reason too.
Never change a running system is still a very good idea.
The Voltage readings are so far off that they must be wrong, that is nothing unusual with software readings.

I believe I did not, but I tried it on both previous versions of my system. I have not made any bad experiences with CCleaner so far, as long as you don't blindly use every function it offers.

Yeah, never change a running system is usually my approach, too. But, since my rig did not work without flaws, I decided to give it a check. I deinstalled the program as soon as my drivers were up to date, don't worry. I'm always quite vigilant when it comes to those programs.

I've had it on my other HDD, since my SSD (= C🙂 is only 128 GB. I moved and reinstalled it to C: after the fresh install tho.
Would it make any sense to install ME3 from the disc? I own the ME-Trilogy.

That is a start, Install all DLCs except retaliation!
I believe I have found the culprit by now. I installed all DLCs (prior to your post), and the game worked like it used to. Then I reenabled cloud syncing. That's when the msvcr90.dll issue came back. After deleting all files out of C:\Users\user\Documents\BioWare, it worked again.
So right now, I can play Multiplayer again (which was my primary concern), but lost all my campaign saves. Since I don't plan to replay it anytime soon, that is not that much of a problem.
Any ideas on this matter?
Could be that one of you save games or you game profile was corrupted. But I never encountered that in combination with an msvcr90.dll error.

They should still be in the cloud (If you not told Origin to synchronize the local saves after you deleted them.)
Make a backup of your "BioWare\Mass Effect 3" folder and then enable cloud save again. (Start the game > prefer cloud) After you have the saves back disable the cloud save again and put the save games into the "Save" folder of your backup.
Then copy the entire content of the folder back to the original Mass Effect 3 folder. (overwrite) > If it is not working after that it must be a corrupt save game or the "Local_Profile.sav".
If that don't works, in Origin, right click ME3 > Game properties > Cloud Saves. > There you find an option "Restore Save". (Can't promise that it works thought, the funktion normal only restores the last save.)
Don't know which step it was exactly, but I got my saves back.
