  • i am in the same boat and the email and phone support team are useless. when i submitted a ticket, i was told to check my internet connection. Are you able to assist people via live chat because email and phone calls dont fin a thing!

  • Ive been trying for the last week. I keep getting sent Microsoft articles about fixing my internet connections and other useless run arounds. Do you have any other tips because the people I’ve contacted (showing pictures and everything else) don’t seem to understand what im trying to tell them.

    Bro, still going through the same issue. Just got off the phone with 3 different EA help people and still haven't had any luck fixing the issue.

    @kingarr @mmajuggernaut86 I wanted to clarify on this one. If you are getting any errors that relate to the online pass in any way, you would need to connect with an advisor and let them know that specifically in your message. That needs to be fixed on the account side.

    For anything technical-related that isn't due to the online pass in any way, we need to know specifically what is happening when you log into the game itself.

  • Im gonna sound like a huge karen right now, but EVERY SINGLE email and phone call is just me being connected to someone outsourced and it leads to straight incompetence and i will mention this word for word with attachments and i get nothing fixed and im at the point where I refuse to purchase any future ea products.
