For anybody reading this and have gone this far, I suggest one other thing, try uninstalling Origin all together and then reinstalling. It turns out, every time I attempted to play I would get an error message and it would not launch ME3. Prior to all of this I was moving some stuff around on my desktop and moved Origin to my second monitor, which for some reason forced my PC to crash. After that, I was never able to actually play, just continued to get the error message and it would never start. I uninstalled Origin, then reinstalled and voila, it now works.
Having this issue ever since I got a new laptop that came with Win 10 back in 2020. Cannot run the game even if my life depended on it. Tried everything. Still won't work. Safe mode doesn't even let me install the EA app, because I apparently am low on space. Which I am not.
Does anyone still have this problem? Or had it, and fixed it via some "unorthodox" means? If so, I would appreciate the help.

@Thrrax Please follow the instructions in this post, also including anything related to EA app/Origin. New laptop makes me think you might have some bloatware running in the background that could be interfering.

@Leora85 Thank you for the reply. I decided to take a different approach, and I felt so dumb for not thinking of it 3 years ago. Worked like a charm. Which got me to the conclusion that it's not my laptop, or Win 10. It's the game itself (or at least the international version), seeing that ME2 and ME don't have issues.
