@OgbmY1 Thanks for attaching all of that. By looking at the files, the following is what I would run through first even if you believe they are all up to date, your DXDiag shows very out-of-date drivers

• Check for Windows and GPU updates 
• Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)

• Download and update DirectX

• Try the NVIDIA PhysX Legacy System
• Restart the PC

These are the most important ones you want to start with. The main thing is to make sure that Windows and your GPU have the most up-to-date fresh drivers, Black screens typically come down to CPU, GPU, and RAM issues.
