how could I do that? I tried but there is no way to properly contact anyone in the help section,
the country is the right one, and if the code is global is should be working.

Community ManagerThe link in my earlier post will walk you through the steps to contact support, though if you've already created a ticket it sounds like you're in the right spot!
This link will let you create a new case if you haven't yet gotten to that point, and you can keep track of any open cases on this account page.

weird, the moment I press on create new case that window is gone and I can't do anything?
the only thing I see is the option to see what game I have a problem with and if I do that,
the only thing I get as a "recommended support option" is the answers HQ which does not helpful at all
Community ManagerHmm, I do see that as well, strange. We'll take a look at that, but you should be able to use a separate option to get your case created in the meantime.
I'd try the options Mass Effect Legendary Edition | PC | Manage my account | Manage account details, which should let you create a case to speak with support so they can take a look here.
