Mass Effect launch problems

Can't run Mass Effect 1 from Origin on my system. I get this message. Win 10 64bit. Strix Z370F. 8600K Strix GTX1080TiOC11 Haven't tried the DVD version yet. Is it not compatible with Win 10 or is...

    Many thanks for these. The first one worked, deleting the BIOengine.ini folder. It might be due to the fact that I had been using ALOT and high-res mods for my 4K system before uninstalling it. Some of the files remained, I think. The new installation was looking for them. Anyway, all good now. I should go.
